How Long are the Shows?

The shows are an hour long.  The celebrity spends the time answering the audiences questions, telling stories and interacting with the guests.  Try and imagine being in a Zoom with friends.  Everyone gets a chance to talk.

How does the VIP ticket work?

The VIP ticket gives you access to the main show and at the end of the hour, includes 5 minutes of private one on one time with the celebrity.  As a bonus, we will take your picture with the celebrity and send it to you as a keepsake.

 

How does the Tandem Shoutout Ticket add-on work?

If you purchase a tandem shoutout you will get to create a side by side video message (you are both in the video) with the celebrity.  You will receive a video file that you can share with whomever you choose.  The purchase of a TSO does not require the purchase of a show ticket.  All videos are filmed at the end of the scheduled show.

Can I buy a ticket as a gift for someone?

Yes, you may purchase a ticket for someone else.  Simply enter their email during the checkout process and they will receive all notifications and communications to prepare them for the show. 

When do the shows start?
 

Virtual doors to the show open one hour prior to the start time.  Fans can hang out in a virtual lobby and mingle with the other guests.  We encourage participants to join early for a quick technical check with our show's virtual host.    

Can I participate with more than one person?

If the additional participants will be with you, there is no need to buy more than one ticket.  We encourage couples and groups.  The more the merrier.  If they will be participating from other devices, simply purchase the desired number of tickets you would like and add their email addresses during the checkout process.

How do we keep tickets affordable?
   

Tickets are very affordable!  Since there are approximately 12 fans per show, costs are spread evenly among the group, allowing us to keep prices low.  .

I don't live in the US, can I still participate?

Yes, you can.  We accept most credit cards.  Shows are held on Zoom's video platform and only require a WiFi or data connection.

If I reserve a spot, am I obligated to buy a ticket?

You are not obligated to purchase a ticket when showtimes are announced.  However, reserving a spot gives you access to early bird sale prices and ensures you have an opportunity to purchase before sales open to the general public. Since tickets are limited, oftentimes tickets never make it to public release.

How many other people will be in the show?

The shows are designed to be interactive. To do that we only allow 10-14 guests per show.  This gives everyone a chance to participate. 

Can I buy more than one ticket?

Yes, you may purchase multiple tickets.  You will be notified when sales open. If the additional participants will be with you, there is no need to buy more than one ticket. If they will be participating from other devices, simply purchase the desired number of tickets you would like and add their email addresses during the checkout process.

Can I purchase an entire show for just me and my group, friends, family, party, or office?

Yes, you may purchase as a group.  Simply click on the RESERVE A PRIVATE EVENT button on the show page or email Team@YourEncore.co and submit the date and time you would like to participate, along with the approximate number of guests.  Group discounts, preferred show times and flexible show themes are offered.
